Shoulder Press 5's

  1. I kinda did my own thing here out in the backyard.

    4 rounds, rest a few minutes between rounds of:
    behind the neck SPx8, 95 lbs
    20 military pushups
    swim 2 lengths of pool underwater (70 feet)
    21's curls (7 lower half, 7 upper half, then 7 full) with 95 lb barbell (very freaking hard)

    Good WOD. It hurt. I was sore right away after which usually doesn't happen.

    Then I swam with my kids a bunch and had me a Mike's Hard Lemonade whilst floating about in the pool with 90 degrees of sunshine and no clouds. Life is good.
