  1. 13:57 RX'd. TTB's were the killer element. GHD's went slow too... and now that I think about it, I dropped that dumbbell a few times too. WTF?

    Then I did some cheesy body building stuff... I never do that, but I'd like to do it a bit more from time to time.

  3. Considering I had meat lovers pizza and three 1554 New Belgium beers for dinner last night, I will take a one minute plus PR of 18:18. Used my standard sub of 45# oly bar for dumbell.

    Fletcher, not to mess with your head too bad, but you do realize you missed your last time by over 2 minutes. Guess a 30 rep pr on FGB doesn't really translate into a follow up pr eh?

    Still impressed by that MONSTER number Fletcher!

  4. I did not notice that. I think I know why.... I used to do TTBs on the low bar which made it considerably easier. Now I am fully stretched out to the max when I do those. I am weighing in at 228 right now, my fight weight is 218 or so... the holidays got me. Pants are feeling a little tight. We are going on a Disney Cruise in 5 weeks too, so I am going to go light on alcohol, heavy on paleo, sleep, and WODs for the next 5 weeks or I'll balloon! Also on the cruise I need to take it easy.
