75 HSPUs with 20 DU's on the minute

  1. This is a WOD that the majority of CrossFitters would not be able to do, I would argue... you have to be excellent at DUs and strong as hell!

    I scaled the DU's to 12 on the minute, and subbed presses for HSPUs. First 3 rounds I did 105 lb presses, then moved it down to 95 because I found I couldn't really do them anymore STRICT.
