BACKWARDS Filthy Fifty

  1. I expect this to go faster than the forwards 50 because most of the brutality is up front when you have more juice. But who knows... because it also means we can not fly through the early (now latter) moves as fast. Should be fun! I will have to wait til I get home to try this one. Next weekend!

  2. All I can say is that at least for me, both the law of conservation of mass/energy and the law of thermadynamics hold true. Or in non-scientific terms, for every second you gain on early burpees you lose a second on something else. This sucked. 34:18 as rx'd.

    I think maybe that thruster/row wod may have somehting to do with it, but I will attribute it mostly to be fat and slow.

  3. I forgot how much I LOVE burpees. One sub for me on this. I did 100 singles & 50 tuck jumps for the DU's, everything else Rx'd. A few minutes off my PR, but I was happy to be finished.

    I ordered some Nitrean+ last night. Looks like it's on back order though.

  9. OK I was way wrong. Last time I did the 50 I got 25:58. Today the Reverse 50 went 28:48. Party is at my house but that was killer.... my DU's to start were awful. Could hardly do the damn JPU's because by then I was the walking dead.
