  1. I wrote this out on the white board to give myself a 30 second pr at 13:30 or better and then I just crushed it, best work out that I can remember. 9:52 as rx'd. That will keep me coming back. Hands not slipping on new wooden rings helped a bunch and I just rocked the snatches. Feels damn good! Maybe this no beer during the week thing is actually working:)

  3. Just that is amazing!!! I should cut out booze during the week. I say that but I always end up having one or two.

    I am on a work trip this week.. .had a nice seafood dinner last time, asleep by 10:30 (amazing for a road trip) but the bummer was that I woke up at 4:30 and been up since.

    Did this in my hotel room:
    4 RFT
    50 squats
    50 pushups

    TT 15:46
    3:00
    3:54
    4:25
    4:28

    last two rounds of pushups were devastating... especially last 20 total... I was doing them one at a time from the floor, full press out, collapse. RepeatX20.

    "I travel a lot" is no excuse for not exercising.

    Tomorrow AM I am going to do a swim WOD probably.

  4. Did a hotel gym WOD. kinda just messed around. Ran 400M... lifted weights some, did some fitball core stuff, swam.... enjoyed the morning!
