Hi I'm Chris Simpson. I'm still sick. Can't breathe, can't stop coughing and overall feel like shit. Maybe one day I'll be able to workout again. Thank you
Thank you sir, and greetings. That sucks bro. I got sick like 2-3 times in about a 7 week period at the end of the year. Flu/cold is still storming all around town.
Did this bastard of a Hero WOD this morning. TT 22:00 even. First round was 1:00, so um... ya... I slowed down. had a couple of buddies over... they were bewildered by it all. I am going to be walking funny through the weekend I bet.
WODoers, I did "Sean" + "Richard". My Grandpa Richard Erdmann died last Friday and I spent the first part of the week traveling to his service and back in Rapid City, SD. He was buried at the Black Hills National Cemetary in Sturgis with full military honors. He was 89 years old and served in the Army from 44 to 46 in the Italian theatre. I did this not do this to mourn his death but instead to celebrate his life and service to our country.
thanks Justin. I pushed hard for Sean.. plus I had this guy with me who was on my ASS. he is built like Froning. I only beat him by 18 seconds. He pushed me hard. God Bless Richard Erdmann!
Hi, my name is Craig Fletcher. I blog by myself most of the time. (sigh)
