Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1

  1. Just tried to truck on through this in short order this morning. Worked my way down to a 1 rep max with all my weight in plates,which is 320# not counting the concrete pumpkins, but I also added a little variation by immediately following each rep with 3-30" box jumbps. I think the idea is to improve your jerk. Make sure you can jump right after a heavy squat.
    205x5+3bj,235x5+3j,255x3+3bj,275x2+3bj,295x2+3bj,310x1+3bj,320x1+3bj

    I think my max is probably floating out there around 330 to 340, I need to get some more plates to find out for sure. 320 was still plenty heavy, especially with the box jumps mixed in to the equation.
