5 RFT 7 Ring Lowers and 15 ring pushups

  1. even though it was for quality and not time, I timed it. 14:50. I did take my time on the ring lowers... I tried to make a point to dead stop half way down and hold the L position for a 2 couint. Fun WOD. I felt pumped up after! weighed in at 228 this morning but clothes are fitting good. I think I am packing on muscle but surely I could lean out more. Rest day will be my friend tomorrow. Sore from the Fiddy...
