I did this with 500m rows as the running sub. Rows went 1:48,2:03,1:58 all KBS unbroken, pullups were a sad joke. TT=11:55
I know I have done this rowing once before but I couldn't find my time. Rowing is much more of a forearm burner than running but it is also much, much less of a metcon.
All I can say is a beat my last time by about a minute. This doesn't *seem* brutal when you read it, but I was gasping for air. Forearms were def' burning. 12:30
