Check out my wife Chelle doing the hula hoop. I can't freakin' hula! I try and it always just falls right down. I was trying guys, trying to do what the CF mantra says "regularly try new sports". Is hula hooping a sport? LOL!

WODoers: Guilty feet have got no rhythm...I can't do double unders until I'm a little bit tired. Finally had rhythm in round three but too late to help score much. I should have run an 800 to start this WOD. Sit ups hurt bad by round 3.

ReplyDeleteI'm back - kind of. I still can't stretch out my left hamstring and am only able to run at about 1/4 speed. But, everything is improving.
Today's was a fun one.

Also did tomorrow's WOD tonight. Didn't realize it until now. And, I think I did it wrong. Good thing there is tomorrow.

ReplyDeleteI am so out of it, slept from 12:00AM Sunday to 1:30PM Sunday, only to work from 7:00PM Sunday to 8:00AM Monday, then to sleep from 9:00AM Monday to 11:00AM, finally to go back to work at 12:00PM Monday until 6:00PM. Then I fell into a comma and slept from 6:30PM Monday untill 4:30AM this morning. So messed up right now.
Interesting side note... I got a new scale and weighed in at 175lbs before going to bed yesterday only to wake up 171 after going to the bathroom.
You be the judge on that one.

Dudes - skipped this one and went dirt biking in the forest fast and furious for three hours hardly without a break. I grew up riding motocross bikes, but haven't ridden in years until last night. We RIPPED IT and my forearms didn't hardly pump up at all, which is cos' of all those damn pullups. No cardio concerns either. Dirt biking is kind of like rowing and doing 1/2 ROM pullups and 1/2 ROM squats for hours. I'm gonna be really sore I'm sure. Feel fine right now.
