    That time is fantastic. I was down to about a minute in between muscle ups in round five. This was a battle for just to finish. Also, my burpees were to 14" step cause don't have 12" one.
    42:15 As rx'd + a little

    Along with the 105 burpees, 35 is a pr for muscle ups in one WOD.

  7. Jacob, that's just stupid. I couldn't do the burpees by themselves in 12 minutes.

    TT = 25:58. Bad sleep last night again, baby cutting more teeth.

    Subbed 14 pullups and ring dips per round, 21 seemed like a) too much and b) that many ring dips would jack my shoulder.

    Burpees were the hardest part I thought. Adding that jump made them suck even more. I wanted to quit during this WOD, just wasn't feeling it today cos of the shit sleep. Very tired.

    Tomorrow AM I am going mountain biking early before work, that will be my WOD. Gotta get in those summer rides while I can!

  9. 23:13 -- "assisted" MUs - starting on knees w/ a little push on the transition, did jump on 2 Reebok steps today w/ burpees ~10-12 inches?
