Been a busy month and far too long since I have been on the blog. Glad to see you guys keepin it up.
ReplyDeleteToday we had a former '96 and 2000 Olympic Hammer Thrower workout with us then he and I did an Oly lifting session. Worked a lot of cleans and snatch. Biggest thing I got out of it is to drop my butt more on the approach rather than a deadlift flat back. Cleaned 195 and snatched 135.
Then our client NIcole came to the 9:30 and she was the only one so we did HELEN. My time 15:31, not that fast but those 2pood swings made for some serious sweat.
