    Today was freaky hard. I have never done TGUs before. I watched some videos and practiced with 30# db. Then went at it, did 50 45# SDHP sub, then got one 60# TGU and knew that I would drop this on my head if I continued, so dropped to 40#. Sure I was getting plenty of looks today, but I was sweating so bad and trying to get it done, I didn't notice. Only got through one round and 4 SDHP in the 20 minutes and then finished out the round of 50 SDHP in 21:38. Fuck!!

  2. Morey: Fuck yeah, I was like what do you mean TGU make lots of sweat? Then, on rep two my whole body broke out in a monster sweat and I knew what you were talking about.

    WODoers: No 60# dumbell so sub 65# on olmypic bar.

    Row 500 and 15 TGU, I had about 6 spectacular failures. 20 minutes was up and then I took Joan Jett for one more spin on the C2. 500m in 1:39. Had a long talk with pukie afterword, but only his friend whiskey burpie came along to say high from last night. I love this shit. Way to hit this one first Morey!

  3. My first time doing this excercise, and the Turkish Get Up is one helluva an excercise! My rower must have gotten demolished, so I decided to sub 1/2 mile runs for the rowing. Also, I need to get better at my running. Also, did 35# db on TGU's because 60# was fuckin heavy.

    12 mile + 26 TGU @ 35# + 1/2 mile in 20 minutes.

    Still sweating my ass off. Trying to decide if I wanna do the CFT now or not. We'll see. Later fellas.
