Went snowboarding for three days. First time in a few years. Knee deep powder on Sunday. It was SWEET. Haven't done a WOD last two days. Bad sleep, kid and morning problems, and that damn ROID is STILL there!
I want to do either the TGU one or the vertical hanging and ring pushups one tomorrow AM though.
You guys are strong squatters! My 1RM is 315 or something like that.
Did this early yesterday but could start a new post as I couldn't understand the Arabic writing at the top of the page to figure out which link to hit to get it started. Its great being over here.....

Haven't posted in a few days but I've been doing the WOD's, with the exception of the Inverted Hang one.
