  3. Went snowboarding for three days. First time in a few years. Knee deep powder on Sunday. It was SWEET. Haven't done a WOD last two days. Bad sleep, kid and morning problems, and that damn ROID is STILL there!

    I want to do either the TGU one or the vertical hanging and ring pushups one tomorrow AM though.

    You guys are strong squatters! My 1RM is 315 or something like that.

    225-255-275-285-305 new PR on this WOD by 20# since last time, but PR x1 is 325
