    My game plan was 3:00 800's then 7 cleans on the minute, each minute. I felt fine and pushed more in the last minute, had plenty of rest.

    Only crushed one of my balls doing back extensions this time, ugh...

    Was pretty happy with my row, fastest 1000m was 3:13, so staying with 95% max effort and still being able to move afterwards isn't too bad.

  6. Did this today. Only got through 2 rounds as my mid-upper back went into way bad muscle spasm just at the end of the 2nd round. Tried to just at least finish w/ the run but ended up walking most of the 800m and then did cleans w/ just the bar. My back was on and off all day long. Hopefully will be better tomorrow.

  7. I'm a day late on this one as well. Did the rowing/bx/GHDSU's WOD before this one.
    Running power cleans as Rx'ed.

    TT = 27:07

    Tried to keep Jacob's pace routine, but couldn't quite stay on pace. I think it helped however.
