20 Mins AMRAP 400M runs and 21x155 lbs DLs

  1. Did this at a hotel so had a couple of things that made it different. 1) ran on treadmill... and every time I went back to the treadmill it took it at least 15 seconds to get going again at full speed. 2) heaviest thing there was 110 lbs, which I guess over 100 reps of is better for my back.

    6 rounds + 200M running. Not impressive, but oh well. I never stopped moving.
