that was an ass kicker. Started taking my pre-WOD stuff from At Large Nutrition. Not sure if it makes a difference, but they say you have to take it for a couple of weeks.

I was stoked during that last round, really pushed hard. Did all 10 sumos unbroken, set down the bar for 20 seconds or so, did all 10 thrusters unbroken. VIVA LA CROSSFIT AND GOD BLESS YOUR SOUL WOOD!!!!! I will be 40 in 11 days. Whoopity Doo. I would kick my 25 year old ass right now. :-)
Nice job Craig. When they first posted this WOD it was without the runs. They even had a demo video with that Austin dude and he did it sans run. The run changes this WOD completely. I'll try to hit this one up today.
