Bench Press 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2

  1. Did a "really fun" warmup for this one. 50 burpees for time. 3:48. Never stopped, 50 unbroken no resting whatsoever.

    For benching I only got up to 230x2 because I didn't have a spotter so I didn't want to do something stupid. Then I did 50 pushups right after just to make sure I hurt tomorrow.

  2. I usually run a 1/2 mile before most workouts as my warmups.

    I also did 50 "bosi" pushups to close this one out for an extra burn
