triplet: 20 min AMRAP 18 BJs, 15 TTB, 12 pullups

  1. hey dudes.... good to see a little postin' going on, but I gotta wonder where the OG's Chas and Chris have been? I heard from Justin over email that he is without computer on vaca doing crazy X-country ski burpee something or other deals... NICE.

    I got a little sick, took two days off, hit this one just now @ 92% Fletcher power.

    6 rounds + 18 BJ's + 10 TTBs

  2. Ok, I was a bit overzealous in my return, but I don't know how to slow down.
    Did a another 2 mile run as a warmup, but shaved off some more time. Finished 2 miles in 18:22. My ankle is sore, but nothing that would prevent me from working out. I was pretty happy w/that.
    Ok, on to this WOD. After doing Ricky... this one burnt me fast. I felt the 2 mile burn on my thighs doing the box jumps and became winded fast. My endurance is still lacking and I actually quit @4 rounds. I was TOAST! Still working back... but loving the sweat! Cheers gym rats.
