7 rounds of heavy cleans and ring HSPUs

  1. This was tough. I scaled the cleans to 165#s cause my lower back is still worked from the big pull the other day. I did one Rhsp per round. For the first five I the rings for my hands barely touched and then they came off the ground when I put my feet in the straps. This helped a bunch. After round five I raised them up to about 5 inches of the ground. I was pretty happy. Got a couple head touchers legit. Took about 11 minutes not as rx'd and not really for time.

    WARNING: raise the adjustment clasps out of the reach of your feet. My footgot caught on one rep and right when I thought I couldn't lower myself it slipped free and I barely avoided breaking my nose on the frozen concrete floor.

  2. Did 150 lb full ass below knees to locked upright knees squat cleans, did head to floor HSPUs for the first two rounds, then scaled to head to AbMat because I couldn't do anymore, shoulders were fried!

    TT 11:26. Nothing to be proud of here. Wimpy.
