Still a day ahead as I did this one last night. I combined it with 5x2 bench forgetting that the WOD called for 10x2 bench. Started with a jump rope warm-up:
3 sets of 50, rest 1 min 3 sets of 40, rest 1 min 3 sets of 30, rest 30 sec 3 sets of 20, rest 20 sec 3 sets of 10
30 sec of DU's, rest 1 minute 56, 30, 36
Deads: 225 for 1 set, 275 the rest Bench: 185, 195, 205, 215, 215
Weights still feel really heavy and I don't have my lungs back yet. But, I'll get there.
