5x5 Deads

  1. Still a day ahead as I did this one last night. I combined it with 5x2 bench forgetting that the WOD called for 10x2 bench. Started with a jump rope warm-up:

    3 sets of 50, rest 1 min
    3 sets of 40, rest 1 min
    3 sets of 30, rest 30 sec
    3 sets of 20, rest 20 sec
    3 sets of 10

    30 sec of DU's, rest 1 minute
    56, 30, 36

    Deads: 225 for 1 set, 275 the rest
    Bench: 185, 195, 205, 215, 215

    Weights still feel really heavy and I don't have my lungs back yet. But, I'll get there.

  2. Sorry I have not been posting lately. Been cleaning out the garage so I've been doing other WODs then the ones posted on the Main site.

    Warmed up with squats and 135 DL

    185-195-205-205-215

    So far highest amount of weight for me for DL.
