Front Squat 2-2-2-2-2-2

  1. I did a "bad back guy" version of this and I think I might regret it.

    I did it like this... 6 sets of max reps in one minute of 135 lb front squats, with exactly 2 minutes rest in between sets. My goal was to increase # of reps every time... which was gnarly in the last two sets.

    15-17-18-18-20-21 = 112 reps total

    I can already tell I am going to feel that big time for days.
