I skipped the running part and did 3 1K rows with 3 minutes rest in between.
First sprint was warmup round: 3:35 (actually a pretty good time but I was fresh)
Second sprint I put the damper on 10, which I don't think I have ever done for a 1K: 3:25.4. This one destroyed me and I had nothing left for the third sprint.
Third sprint I fell apart and could barely hang on and finish: 3:45. Very slow time for me but I was dying.

OK then. Go Broncos.
This took a while and when I was done I measured off my run route and knew why, 990m for the run. TT= 29:30.
ReplyDeleteFletcher: Try the damper on 1, for a big guy it is way harder with a lower damper than a higher damper.
Took a week off due to some weird chest cold.

Feel like I've lost a month! Time to get back after it.
