Angie

If we get any more guys to with us, then we'll have so many birds you won't be able to see who is in the picture. No Angie for me today, but worked on some hand eye coordination instead.

  1. Played 2 hours of tennis this morning. Heading to study some GMAT material. Don't know if I'll get to Angie this afternoon or not. Headed to the UH-Texas Tech game later tonight. If not Angie today, then tomorrow.

    For time:
    100 Dead Hang Pull-ups, No kipping.
    100 Clap Push-ups
    100 V-ups, Toe touch on each rep.
    100 1 Legged Squats, 50 with each leg.

    Possibly could have gone faster, but it could've also been slower. I told myself 20 pull-ups every minute (sets of 5), 20 push-ups every minute (also sets of 5), 25 V-ups every minute (15 reps and 10 reps) and finally 20 squats every minute (alternating legs). Had a hard time keeping the pace towards the middle sets of each movement.

    Jacob - !!????!!!??!! Dude, seriously... your upper body and core are world class strong, and your wind is hurricane force. If you improved in barbell lifting you would NOT be stopped at the games.

  6. That performance totally sucked. I guess I am still getting over that cold, and I just felt weak. All 4 moves killed me.

    RX'd, TT = 21:20

    First 50 pullups = 3:13
    Next 50 pullups = 4:49
    Pushups = 4:46 (weak!!)
    Situps = 4:42 (lame! Core spanked from GHDs!)
    Squats = 3:49

    Squats were very frustrating. For some reason, I couldn't hardly do the damn things.

    Whatever, I got the work done, and it's football time in the U S of A!

    75 pull ups on gravitron with 100lbs
    75 push ups
    75 sit ups
    75 squats

    27:01

    Pull-ups are still weakness. Also strained shoulder at some point. Sore tonight. Getting the ice pack out. Did the squats in three sets -0 to 30 to 55 to 75.

  8. A couple days late, but got Angie done last night.

    TT = 30:13

    Was shooting for sub-30, but missed. Almost half my total time was spent on pullups. Felt good overall though. This myofascial stretching shit really makes me feel good. I feel less tightness in certain areas and overall more flexible. Also, it helps to get rid of soreness a lot quicker.
