  1. 22:55, for some reason I wasn't real happy with this. I went back and looked at all of my 5k times since starting CF. My first WOD ever was a 5k, 25:43. There have been several since, both outside or on a treadmill. PR on a treadmill is 21:36 (I can still see the sweatfest that night). 22:55 is a PR for an outside run, (plus hauling around about 15# extra that I haven't had) I guess I won't be too disappointed w/ it then. Still like to see it less than 22:00.

  2. Morey: Nice PR. You should always be happy with that, but its good to set your goals really high too. Try some adding some interval training to involving sprints. It helped all aspects of my fitness training for the 1/2 marathon.

Fletcher: Holy shit, nice Daniel time. I thought I was reading a post by Jacob when I saw the sub 20 on that one. Really nice effort.

Need to cut out the pity parties on the thrusters, but everything else I was motoring on.

  4. Justin, that oughtta teach you to compare my times to Jacob. What an insult to Jacob, sorry Jacob. What the? 11:55? How is that even possible?

Guys, a confession. The last time my rack was used before Daniel I had set it up for my wife, so her women's bar was still on there, which weighs 33 lbs, which is the bar I used on accident when I did Daniel, so my thrusters were only 83 lbs. I bet that 12 pound difference would have cost me an extra 30-60 seconds but who knows. Looking forward to when Daniel comes up again so we can find out. Going to the Bronco game today, no time to WOD, but actually that's fine, I'll do a 4 day cycle starting tomorrow. Feels like every single muscle in my body is sore right now. Viva La CrossFit eh?!
