  1. I am still trying to lose weight, but the GOMAD might be something you might want to look at Jacob. Also, did you ever check out the journal article on crossfit strength bias. You might pack on a few pounds, but combining those two routines might get your heavy lifts were you want them.

  2. Yep that's exactly what I was thinking. I'm rolling out my whole new program for lifting and WOD's in the next week and maybe I should throw this into the mix. The only draw back I could see it that you'd have to buy a package of toilet paper a day to off set the insane diarrhea that you'd have. But it's interesting to say the least.

  3. Not sure as to what you are getting from the milk, is it the fat, protein, amino acids, Why would you want to drink so much fuckin milk. Maybe the phlegm sounds appealing. You could get the same effects if you were to increase your fat intake by getting it from a healthy source, ie avacado, walnuts and oils. When ever I increase my fat I lean up and shit a lot, that amount of milk puzzles me. Jacob look up Mikesgym.org and get on one of the lifting plans, that shit works. Let me know how the milk goes

  4. I love coach Rip quotes, here are some words from him on milk, even though I don't do it. He sure does advocate the GOMAD diet. Funny quotes:

There is no substitute for milk. Sorry.

Rip: You need to drink one gallon of full fat milk everyday. It's almost mandatory. Somebody from audience: I'm lactose intolerant, could I substitute milk for yogurt? Rip: Gallon of yogurt.

On drinking not 1, but 2 gallons of milk/day: But you would be shitting primarily cheese. Are you ready for this?
