Made a nice sweat angel with this one. Had a hard time with pullups today for some reason. I kept losing my grip. I'm always glad when this one is over.
Are you guys kidding me?!! Pull ups, smoking me for time. Forgot to do one set of squats so did them after the pull ups on the 3rd round. Almost forgot again on the 4th round. No PR Here today, but my PR is far, far from your times!! Good job boys!!
