ReplyDeleteI was supposed to rest today, but there's something I love about an early morning WOD to start my day. Big ass mtn bike ride is still on for tomorrow.
Today I did push jerks but did them light, still taking it easy for the back thing. WOD went like this:
3 rounds of
30 honest pushups with 20 lb weight vest
12 GHD situps with 20 lb weight vest (GHDs with weight vest are HARD!)
Push Jerk:
115x5 165x3 165x5 165x5
Not very difficult, but still some work, felt some tweakage in the back but very minor.
Then I did Tabata pushups ten reps per round with 20 pound weight vest. I like my new weight vest toy.
Another good night at the gym tonight.
