HSPU's seemed extra hard today for some reason, but I pushed through and got the work done. Now it's time to watch some football.

    Later fellas.

  2. WODoers:

Crushed the deadlifts and got crushed by the HSPs.

Pretty good rom on the hsps. It seems to get a little better all the time. Can't go fast enough on HSPs to make this a true met con burner, but it still put me on the floor at the end.

  3. Ménage à trois this am. Diane and Annie both this morning. Wow, I feel stress free now! And both new PRs! Still doesn't compare to you animals out there.

Diane, like Justin, killed the DLs, and the HSPUs killed me. Down to singles and doubles in the last set. Didn't touch hair to floor but my hair is only a half inch long right now.

    TT: 19:50, last PR 21:02

  4. Morey, you funny. Justin, that time is sick!?!

Dudes, haven't done HSPU's since April since I jacked my shoulder. I tried a few about two months ago and it hurt and made squishy sounds. Decided to try em today... so the DLs went well because I remembered to drive my heels through the floor instead of just pulling with the back.

HSPU's were tough, could only do 4 at a time max, usually 2 or 3. Did 1/2 of the reps HSPU and the other 1/2 I did 79 lb dumbbell presses (didn't want to overdo the HSPU's). Good WOD, didn't time it though, the timer got messed up.

Legs are SHOT from the massive mtn bike ride on Saturday, and my son is sick so haven't slept well at all last two nights. Still got er' done though dammit.

  5. Deads felt good, but I couldn't go unbroken on any of the rounds. The last 4-5 reps of the HSPU's of rounds 2 and 3 were ugly.
