    TT: 23:03, 2 seconds faster than last week. Fuck Yeah!

    CFT this afternoon

    Back Squat 330# (PR by 13#)
    Shoulder Press 160# (PR is 162#)
    Deadlift 405# (PR by 10#)

    New CFT PR of 905!! (PR by 50#) Very stoked, damn shoulder press

  2. I ran this morning, and did the CFT late tonight as well. My results were far worse than Morey's however.

    Squats - 355
    Shoulders - 185
    Deads - 365

    PR of 905! First time in the 900 club. Didn't go til failure on squats or deads. Felt strong like bull on legs, but didn't want to push the newly recovered hamstring too much. Looking forward to the next CFT.

  3. I meant my results on running were far worse than Morey's. CFT felt great, but running earlier...not so much. Maybe running 5k early, then coming back to lift late is the key to the CFT?

  5. Took a rest day today but my imaginary CFT would be...

    Shoulder Press 180(PR)
    Back Squat 300(PR)
    Deadlift 390(PR)
    Total: 870

    If I ever have a shot at a 900+ CFT I really got to up the squat.
