I had to go exactly 30 steps between treadmill and kettlbell pull station. Second 400 was clocked at 2:36 counting only one transition of 30 steps and treadmill start up time. I could ride a dead horse faster than that. I need to figure a way to do this at the track. I think I could easily go below 10 minutes.
Anything with running I'm not so fast with. All KB swing sessions unbroken, one 3 second break on final round of pullups.
Round 1 = 3:00, 2 = 3:38, 3 = 3:55
I got pretty slow with the run there at the end, knee was hurting some but it's worth it, gotta go RX'd if ya can!
I didn't have the "out for blood" intensity like I did last night with the row. I woke up at 11:30 and was up for two hours feeling all jittery and sweating. That happened to me twice when I first started CF, it's from overexertion I think. I really wanted to get a 7 minute flat row but I felt all sorts of screwed up in trying to do so. I ain't gonna quit boys, I'm getting me a sub 7 in the coming months dammit.
Felt like death afterwards, and the worst part was I progressively felt worse for the first 10 minutes after finishing, then finally got some relief. Helen is a cruel WOD, nothing but full on sprints for the most part, with a little self pity mixed in.
Transition time between KB's/PU's and treadmill is about 30 seconds. So, I think I could be in the low 12's if I could re-arrange globo gym.
Did some experimenting with rope climbing. I was able to do it a little bit, but definitely need a ton more practice. Also, did some inverted burpees with a HSPU for fun. Looking forward to 325 ways to say uncle tonight.
