No bumpers, so just bench for me. 250 for a pr or pr tie. Been ages since no pain on this. I think all the hsps are improving shoulder, that and the m wod.
That works Justin. I'm a no-show for the last couple of WODs; I was strapped to the phone on Friday and had Christmas-tree duty all day today, which was awesome but you can only carry a tree so far and let's face it, even at nine feet those things just aren't heavy enough to qualify for a WOD sub.
Anyway, I hated that Friday WOD last time 'cause I don't have a muscle-up setup and forward rolls are just weird. So I figured great, I'll do the alt-CFT today but it didn't work timing-wise. I'll admit it: I opted to go down to the old pub and drink beer with my buddy and watch football.
So I owe one on Sunday. Alt-CFT it is for me I think. But I might instead do that 1-10-1-20-1-30 WOD with bench press, or some mix of ring dip/weighted PU. We'll see what Sunday feels like.
