    Last time I made 17:05. But today I was just happy to keep it under 20mins. In hindsight, I should have scaled to 115# given how I felt.

  2. I don't say this kind of thing very often, but I was out for blood and I owned this bitch. I subbed 12 reps of 75 lb thrusters as to move the same weight (135*7=945, 75x12=900, whoops, should have done 13!) . Not saying they equal out, but 75 lbs is about all I need to be thrusting.

    TT 14:30. I didn't really ever stop. Each round time was about the same. I was hurting big time at the end. Throat is on fire and legs are still totally shot from those squats. I'm a day behind......

  3. I did this one last Thursday night, but just haven't been around to post til now. The rower and the thrusters were about 30 seconds apart with the rower upstairs and the weights down.
