    Foot hurt a little bit today so no sprints. Did 500m row 1 minute rest each round faster than the last.

    I think I've done just about everything I could do to get ready for next Saturday. Have Helen on Tuesday and just going to focus on stretching and diet the rest of the week.

  2. I don't think my shoulder wants me to do 45 lb weighted pullups. I have to rest today, my body is telling me. Rode hard yesterday after doing a bunch of squats the day before. I'll do a variation of pullup hell tomorrow and might do a ton of pushups too. I think I am going to start being one day behind the main site so I can see what's coming and add stuff if I want to without the same body area getting pummeled two days in a row. I like the idea...
