Too many pullups for my shoulder, plus I did pullups yesterday.
My little girl Luci got up at 6:30 (hour early) and came down to the garage just when I was going to get started, so she rode her new "bike" around the garage (had to pull Chelle's car out of the way) while daddy did 5 rounds of 500M row and 30 fitball "GHD style" situps. Forgot to time it, but I was drenched when done. That was a good one actually.

Pullups got tough in Round 3, could only do a few at a time. Cleans I broke up into mini sets of 5.
