  1. WODoers:

    115x5/135x5/155x5/175x2/175x4/200x1

    Got the body weight x 1. Stoked about that. However, the last time we did heavy overheads was about a year ago and I only improved by 2 reps on 175, so I know I need to find a way to add these to some of the other heavy days. What a great shoulder and core work out!

  2. I'm having an old buddy from college days over tonight, along with another buddy who thoroughly enjoys adult beverages. That being said, tomorrow would make a better rest day than today. So today I did this:

    1K row for warmup

    Then 5 rounds of:

    40 pushups
    235 lb DLs 8 reps

    TT = 13:25

    Followed Travis' advice of combining a push with a pull and sticking to something simple, a good ol couplet. Pushups were the hard part. They are my goat, for now. First time going over 200 on DL since the surgery. Felt fine so far. Ordered 35 lb bumpers yesterday from Rogue, so I'll have 305 lbs of rubber, and 310 lbs of steel now.

  3. Ran yesterday morning, about 1.7 miles in 12 minutes. Went to the gym in the afternoon. Started OHS at 117# in anticipation of increasing weight, but realized that it was going to hard to finish off at that weight.

    117 - 117 - 117 - 117 - 117x4

  4. First time doing something like this with weight. My form is ok, but maintaining the balance was tough. I started with just the bar, and increased to failure: Bar,65,75,85,95,105,115x3, missed the 4 forward on the way down. Good for working upto a full squat snatch.

  5. Never posted my numbers. I had to be careful with these because I can't dump the weight. I'm doing these workouts in my house until my garage floor gets fixed.

    Wasn't sure where to start

    95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 145x2, 135x5
