I like this one better than Helen, but my time wasn't as good. HSPU's slowed me down a little bit and my runs weren't spectacular. It still worked me good.

Glad to see someone is out there going to war. Nice work Chris. I'm not willing to do HSPU's yet... so didn't do this one. Tried to do a crazy hard WOD yesterday (this day) but was so utterly sleep deprived that my body like shut down, it was really weird. I wanted to do 5 rounds of:

10 95 lb thrusters
I rowed 1 K then did one round of this and I couldn't do anything more, felt nauseous, delirious. Slept like 3 hours, that's why.
After I left Evan's I saw that Nate posted a 9:48 on HQ's Handstand Helen, so of course I gave it a try when I got home.
