  2. WOD Crew,

Sorry ou haven't heard too much from me lately. I've been busy helping Ma out doing normal spring time chorse around the house and getting everything set up for my relocation to Houston. Finally, everything is starting to fall into place with the move. I'll be in Houston all next week looking for apartments and all that, then returning home to get packed up, then start driving down.

In between chores and relocation stuff, I've still been working out. But, all the workouts have been running, push-ups, pull-ups, lunges, and BW things like this - nothing special.

TW, congrats on the new building. That would be an awesome place to work out!

    Later fellas,

    Mike

  4. Jacob - you can likely get a big ass tire for free at a tire recyclery, or cheap!

Avalanchers - EXCELLENT! When will it be open do ya think? Are you going to fly us all out for your grand opening so we can represent?!

  5. You animals can come out and play any time you want, we are shooting for a july 1 opening. Yo jacob drive around and find a local excavating contractor, one with a yard full of machines, Im sure he would have a loader tire he would gladly part with free of charge, they can get heavy so wear you're crossfit shoes and bring a truck. I haven't woded in like 2 weeks and feel like shit, we kinda got kicked out of the gym we were at so we don't recruit any more of her current members. If you build it they will come?

  6. Congrats guys! That looks like a great place. Will have to come out upon my return. Have also been doing random BW stuff as well and trying to get in the WODs as able to. Also took another APFT today and smoked to push ups and sit ups, and then run was all fucked up b/c the guys running the test had no idea where to turn around, so if you are in the lead, it makes it hard to find that spot to do the turn around. Ran like a MF'er for 15;29, las time ran 2 miles in 13:10 or something, this time , I have no real idea how far I went.
