ReplyDeleteRuns were tough for some reason this a.m. Pull ups were tough too, but the went a whole lot better than on Erin.

ReplyDeleteI wish I could follow the main site WODs, all in due time. Had fun with old friends and yes, I drank too much booze last night, slept in til 8, rest day for me.
