  2. Did Grace with 115lbs. Didn't keep track of time. Working on killer form.
    CrossFit Monsoon is over, the weather is back to being nice. Trained out on the beach 8-11:30. Did my workout at 10:00-10:30. Beautiful Lake Tahoe Day.
    Can't wait until July 1 to open the new place.
