ReplyDeleteI think my best 2K is 7:32 or some where there abouts... I think I might give him a run for his money now since I've gotten a little better at distance rowing but that's a damn good time.
ReplyDeleteThe fastest 2K time at Crossfitszafranski's HQ belongs to Evan (EVQ) Von Qualen at 7:08.
I was there when he rowed that after I put up my 7:32 only to be immediately dethroned by him, but that was 6-8 months ago.
So I'm up for the challenge

Excited to workout... and it’s been a while.
Another guy I know through a friend got 7:03 yesterday. Bastard...... that sounds really hard to beat. that 7:15 sucked. I'll try again in a couple of weeks or so. In Crested Butte right now!!!
