I'm back in the gym! I was hoping to do this one today after "the badger" but the badger kind of ate me for lunch. I'm hoping to do 75 snatches and today's shoulder workout tomorrow.
It's hotter than hell down here in Houston. I think it's been over 100 every day since I've been here. Bought a bike to ride to and from the gym. So, I guess one thing from The Netherlands grew on me. Later fellas,
