  1. Looking back, I haven't done this in a long time. Have either been on vacation or had some other shit going on. Used the Reebok steps and was a little precarious about that. Also had to adjust and move around the gym and fuck w/ different shit during the WOD. Could have done this a little faster, although the knees to elbows and burpees smoked me.

  2. Morey: Nice work buddy. In my opinion it would be the really fun and fast fifty if it weren't for the damned knees to elbow and burbees, they always take a third of my time by themselves.

    the double unders actually got easier as I got more tired, the muscle ups did not

    This was a really fun work out and a great way to sweat out all the beer from a couple of days of camping right before I put it all back in on the river.

  3. Fucking god damn mother fucking burpees. I was hoping for a sub 30 minute WOD today. I was at about 26 minutes when I hit burpees and it was downhill from there.

  4. Good job men. Anyone who does this WOD as hard as they can without quitting is a man. Especially when you get to those damn burpees. Brutal. I was only doing 5 at a time by then.

    I love and I hate this WOD. The burpees are the worst, followed by knees to elbows, then maybe the wall balls. TT 29:03, PR by 1:17. I have done this WOD three times and have subbed tuck jumps for DU's every time, so I did it that way again because I've never taken the time to learn DU's. I tried to do some immediately following the WOD (was nauseous too) and it takes me abut three jumps to get just one, just because I never do them. Need to learn those.

    Tomorrow I'll do a 2K row for time then the DL's, then I'm off to Crested Butte for 5 days for big time mountain biking, which will be my WOD. There is one huge ride there that we always do that is like a 4 1/2 hour ride with TONS of climbing. It's beautiful and it kicks your ass. I'll post some pictures next week.
