WODoers: Felt like 2 pood this morning. Way too many beers and all that rowing this weekend slowed me down today. Need to refocus on nutrition, but it's so hard in the summer time.

I got 395 off the ground, but couldn't lock it out. I felt something in my right rib cage last night too, and it's sore this morning. Probably just need to rub some dirt on it.

Sweet deal Kook!!! If you find another one buy it for me!! No, seriously dude. Got back from the MEDEVAC and the gym had a deadlift contest tonight. Got in but didn't quite make the mustard. Some dude in my weight class started at 450#, then 455 then failed the 3rd.
Did a bunch of lighter weight to warm up then 325 - 365 - 395 (previous PR, I think). They only took 3 lifts, no progression up to max.
