AMRAP
10 Wall Ball
10 GHsup
10 Back Extension
Hey Fletcher, I'll bet you a crisp $20 bill that you couldn't do 3% more reps on my substitution than on your GHsup machine. Please do not forward this picture to the Reebok products liability department.

WODoers: This was way more fun than either Karen or the all sit up and back extension work out. All rounds between 1:27 and 1:35. I think the only difference was transition time, all sets unbroken. 12 rounds and 10 situps in 10 minutes, finish 13 at 20:36. Just enough recovery from each exercise to keep going to the next one.
ReplyDeleteJustin, indeed it looks nasty. The only way to know is to try!
ReplyDeleteDudes, today I did a 2 hour 45 minute ride climbing 1,850 feet. It was so amazing, the beauty, the views, it was all so great. I'll post pictures later when I get back to reality. Tomorrow AM we ride again one more time before heading home. Monday will have to be a rest day, then Tuesday I am back at it. My legs are super worn out, and I like it. Missed a few cool WOD's too, this one and DT need to be revisited!!
t feels good to say I feel good today.
ReplyDeleteWe'll see about tomorrow...
5 Rounds for time of:
12 Deadlifts, 155lbs
9 Hang Power Cleans, 155lbs
6 Push Jerk, 155lbs
10:15 (PR) First 2 rounds unbroken and under 1:15, but faded fast in the end.
10 minutes rest then
Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
10 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
10 GHD Sit-ups
10 Back extensions
Nate 16 Rounds
Jacob 19 Rounds +3 Wall Balls
(First 15 Rounds unbroken in 14:50, then took a 1 minute rest and continued on.)
I agree with Justin. This one was fun, and was spaced perfectly to go all out on each lift.
ReplyDelete11 rounds
I think that I could have done 1 more round had my excercises been closer spaced. GHSDUPQRT's were the non-Rx'ed ball-floor variety. But, I did change the foot angle and it seemed a little harder but not a whole lot.
