  2. Not sure what I was thinking when I first saw this WOD. I said 9 minutes if not faster, maybe even 6. Yeah right what a dumb ass I am. I thought my legs were sore from the other day, just wait for this to kick in. Pretty painful WOD and it took me a ridiculous amount of time.

  4. My wife Chelle did this. She's 5'4", so short stride. Did it in 12:55. All steps unbroken and lunges deep. She's really good at lunges and squats! Said she almost fell down a few times towards the end. I'm not going to WO until my "little problem" (which has not gotten much better) gets better. That BWBS/Burpees WOD made the problem a lot worse, I shouldn't have done that. This really sucks, but oh well. I've gone backwards the past two months, but what can I do.

    I think my long legs helped me cos it didn't seem totally devastating like I thought it would be, but I know I will be dying later and I will regret saying that.

    Did this right after shoulder day, first time doing a double WOD. I had to stretch a lot after (legs told me so)

    Chelle's legs are still very sore two days after. So much so that she warned me not to go the full 400 because "Getting that sore is just stupid", but after 250 I was feeling good and said screw it. Plus, if you guys do it, I have to.

  6. First, I tried to do this on the treadmill so that my measurement would be somewhat accurate. But, that didn't work so well. So, I stepped off what I thought was a 20 yard stretch and did that 20 times.

    400m - 360 steps TT:18:48
