Today was really good. Got laid at 5:15a.m., which almost never happens, cause my woman normally hates mornings, but not today. Great start to the day.
All those pullups were just a trick so we didn't realize that coach was resting our backs and hammies for pr's today.
Health lift worked up slow, then 405 with hook grip, 425 hook grip, 455 hook grip failed then 455 reverse grip PMFR!!!!!! Yeah. Fuck yeah. This one has been a long time coming.
Loved the hook grip. It made it so my hands were not fatigued when I went for the pr with the reverse grip. Also, I broke the rules and brought chaulk to the gym...fuck em.
Justin, for the record, my wife is not a morning person either. She sleeps as long as she can actually, and God help me if I wake her up at 5:15 AM wanting some lovin!

So I am easing my way back into the mix. Did CFWU x 2 w/ ring dips then 10 rounds of Cindy at 85% intensity took 11 minutes then jumped rope out in the very cold driveway. Did 109 single unders before I messed up, then did 25 double unders in 1:10. Whipped the side of my leg with the frozen jump rope and it left a really nice welt.
Poker game at my house tonight! Should be fun.
Hemi is going down some but definitely still making himself known.
