  1. Jacob: I would have to do all my rounds of EVA as fast as my first to get 34:00 minutes. That is amazing, get some.

    WODDoer:

I was pretty convinced Eva wouldn't let me finish this WOD, but I was wrong.

    As rx'd: 2:31,3:54,4:02,4:03,4:09 tt=18:41

  3. Maybe next time a sub 30:00 Eva... that would be bad ass, but unlikely.

    Rock out everyone!

  4. What's up my bad ASS BRUTHAS! First full steam WOD since last Saturday. Did 75% of the Fiddy yesterday, but was still feeling like butt.

Got this one done in 17:11. Smoked the PJ's, but the L's were slow, and my legs were not straight out very often, but my knees were always up to snuff. Had to redo the very last LPU three times that cost me like 20 seconds, I just couldn't get it.

For warm up I did as many reps as I could without fail single unders, got 81, not a big deal but I am new with jump rope. Then I did 50 double unders in 2:40. PR I bet. I am going to do what Mike says, practice jump rope almost every day, until I can one day do 50 DU's unbroken. Today I did 4 unbroken, and I did 1,2,1,2,1,2, etc. like 9 cycles unbroken I think, so there is some improvement.

Justin, I am not yet up for the Eva challenge. Getting sick 3 times in 6 weeks is just draining, and RIDICULOUS!

    Keep pounding it boys!!!!!!

Jacob, your Eva time is unbelievable.

Chris, good effort with that big ass dumbbell, that makes a difference, we can't deny that.

  5. What's up fellas?

Sorry for my absence lately. Knees and legs were a little dead earlier in the week, and just haven't been feeling like myself lately. Was hoping for the almight triple today, but fell short. Did the 5k and C&J WOD's today, and will make up the others tomorrow and throughout the week.

    5k - 3:00-ish, puke, finish,
    TT=28:30 (puke time not included

    C&J - 135, 155, 175, 185, 195, 205f/205, 215fx3
I know I can get 215, just not today.

  7. I can't explain my time because I was just as surprised myself. I am really feeling the after effects of Eva today, but the WOD seemed to loosen me up a bit.

Push jerks weren't too bad broke them up into sets of 10/5. Pullups started off with sets of 5, but it that didn't hold up in the later rounds. My legs were as straight as I could hold them. Not perfect but close enough.

    R1 2:20
    R2 2:45
    R3 3:06
    R4 3:16
    R5 3:08

    TT: 14:37

    Peace out.
