WODoers:Pr yesterday=legs feel like poop today.26:05 worst 5k in over 10 months just didn't have it today.
Took a rest day, felt beat all over from 250 wall balls two days ago.
Made this one up about 5 days late. Didn't feel too great, but finished her up.Pukey made a visit after about the first quarter mile.TT = 28:30 (minus puke time)
