Went for a PR on the snatch and got it 165#. Even recieved it in kinda a half power snatch, so I know there is a lot more potential. Failed 7 times before I got it, but then after round 4, and just like my childhood hero the Little Engine that could, I just keep saying over and over again, I think I can and on attempt 8 I was right. It sounds cheesy as hell, but you guys might give it a try the next time you go heavy. I just got stronger and stronger every time I said it.

I am definitely doing that the next time I try for 455# on the deadlift. People will definitely think I am insane at the gym walking circles saying I think I can over and over again, fuck em.
